- Software Engineer: Western EU senior averages cluster around €100k (UK €126k, DE €112k, NL €110k, FR €96k, ES €83k). Staff reaches €110–140k at scale-ups; Principal €130–180k+ at top tier.
- Product Manager: EMEA-wide average for PMs sits around €120k, but median country anchors are lower — DE €67k mid / €88k senior, Berlin €82k / €86k. UK trajectory £39k junior to £82k senior.
- UX Designer: Junior ~€32k EU-wide, mid-level ~€48k, senior ~€86k. DE entry €52k, senior 8+y €85k. Lead/Principal stretches into €100–140k at top firms.
- Data Scientist: typically €10–20k above analyst at the same level. DE entry €79k, senior 8+y €140k; NL senior €90k; UK senior £87k.
