Feedback & Review Guide

This site includes a built-in review tool so you can annotate any page and share your feedback with the consultant team — no account, no installation, and no external service required.

The two buttons

In the bottom-right corner of every page you will find two small buttons:

📌 (dark)Opens the sticker panel for placing and managing review annotations

How to give feedback

Step 1 — Request a page export

Ask your consultant to send you the .html export of the page you want to review. It is a single file — no Docusaurus installation or internet connection required to open it.

Step 2 — Open and annotate

  1. Save the .html file anywhere on your computer and open it in a browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).
  2. Click the 📌 button in the bottom-right corner.
  3. Enter your name or initials in the Reviewer field.
  4. Pick a color to categorise your comments (labels are shown in the panel).
  5. Click Start Reviewing — the cursor changes to a crosshair.
  6. Click anywhere on the page to drop a sticky note and type your comment.
  7. Repeat for every piece of feedback, switching colors as needed.
  8. Click Stop Reviewing when you are done.

Step 3 — Export and send your annotations

In the 📌 panel, click Export YAML.

A file called <page-title>.review.yaml is downloaded. Send it back to the consultant team by email, Slack, or any other channel you already use.

That's it — no upload, no account, nothing leaves your hands except the single YAML file.

How the consultant team uses your feedback

The team imports your .review.yaml file directly into the live site. Your sticky notes appear anchored to the exact elements you annotated. If several reviewers send files, the consultant imports them one at a time; stickers from different reviewers are merged automatically, so none of your comments are lost.

Privacy & security

  • Nothing is uploaded anywhere. The exported HTML file and the YAML annotation file travel only between you and the consultant team, through whatever channel you choose.
  • No account required. There is no login, no tracking, and no third-party service involved.
  • Offline-ready. The exported HTML file works without an internet connection — all styles, fonts, and images are embedded inside it.
